CREW FILES FOIA REQUEST WITH DEPT. OF LABOR FOR RECORDS OF DESTRUCTION OF DOCUMENTS

2 Oct 2009 // Washington, D.C. - Today CREW filed with the Department of Labor (DOL) a Freedom of Information Act request seeking copies of a document, Media Sanitation Standard Operating Procedure, that CREW understands authorizes the destruction of records by departing employees. CREW also seeks records that would indicate which employees sought approval to destroy their records and when the document destruction occurred.
